The Webinar Funnel

This is the webinar funnel

The main purpose of this funnel is twofold: sell access to high-quality webinar content, and sell premium products or services to the inside group who viewed your webinar or webinar series.

It has 3 parts.

Part 1

One is your webinar registration page along with your traffic sources, which are your existing leads from your mailing list, or social media audiences who are familiar with your brand. In this case you want to target your warmer audience: because no one wants to get information from someone unless they know they are a trustworthy and valuable source. If your brand already has a good impression with them they are more likely to hear what you have to say.

These people receive a webinar registration page where they opt in and then you confirm their signup for your webinar, and more importantly, remind your registrants of the webinar time because this particular funnel does not include a replay option. The reason being, it is geared at interactively offering your premium products in the live experience itself.

Part 2

Part 2 is inside your webinar live room.
Whether you host your webinar with zoom, webinarjam, demio, etc. this is the place you share the most valuable information with your audience and deliver a link to your order page at the height of your presentation, where the great things you cover can all be purchased exclusively by this audience only. Then after the webinar is done, follow up with them via email sales, to ensure they understand the full value of what you provided in your webinar, offer social proof, and most importantly access to the sales page for a limited time to pick up anyome who is on the fence about your offer.

Part 3

From here you take them to part 3 which is the order confirmation and follow up email, where you thank them for their purchase and gain valuable feedback from your customers, as well as tag them for follow up offers later down the line.

That is the three parts of the webinar funnel. Use this funnel for your next live event and bring in more revenue from your expertise.
